Shipping Policy to the UK.

At K-wilp, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service across the United Kingdom. Please read the information below for details on our delivery , costs, and terms.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales events), processing times may take longer.

Delivery:

All delivery estimates are based on information provided by the shipping provider and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

Our preferred shipping provider is Royal Mail. Other shipping providers are used where necessary if any problems arise with our preferred shipping provider.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and external factors.

Delivery Areas in the UK:

We deliver to all addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Deliveries to remote areas (including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man) may take longer and may be subject to additional charges.

Tracking:

All orders dispatched are with Royal Mail 48HR tracked. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s website.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery:

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will either:

Leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour (if authorised), or

Leave a card with instructions to reschedule or collect from a local depot.

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, you may be responsible for additional redelivery costs.

Delays, Damaged or Lost Parcels:

While we always strive to deliver on time with your order, K-wilp is not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, packages once left in a space place or with a neighbour or other factors beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
